Lester Jones, P.E.
Prior to founding ALJ Lindsey, Lester was the development manager for Cinco Ranch Southwest, one of Houston’s largest master planned communities. During his tenure there he was directly responsible for the engineering, platting, and construction of over 2,000 single family lots, multiple commercial and multifamily outparcels, and all related infrastructure. Lester also worked in the land development engineering group of Turner Collie and Braden, Inc (AECOM).
Brett Hanrahan, P.E.
Prior to joining ALJ Lindsey, Brett was a member of the site development group of Kimley-Horn and Associates and Omega Engineers. Brett has been involved in various aspects of commercial developments including site design, traffic impact analysis, revenue control for parking structures, and MUD infrastructure projects. During his time at Omega Engineers, Brett led a design team responsible for design of rail alignments, utility relocations, and drainage improvements for the East End rail line for Metro & HRT.
David graduated from Lone Star College with an associate’s degree in Computer Aided Design, with an emphasis in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Patrick Carrigan, P.E.
Prior to joining ALJ-Lindsey, Patrick was a Project Director for the Community Infrastructure group of AECOM. In his role, Patrick managed teams and projects that spanned the gamut of industrial facilities for GE to residential communities for Newland communities to major municipal infrastructure projects for the SJRA. Patrick is also an active member and volunteer for the Urban Land Institute.
